Who we are

We are pioneers of renewable energy by conviction and choice that energy mix and net zero emission is achievable. Newness intends to develops and builds wind and solar farms as well as battery,  hydrogen  and synthetic natural gas projects in Nigeria. Newness's in-house specialist departments are positioned to work with EPC companies on all steps of project development and implementation: from site assessment, planning, engineering, permitting and financing to construction, grid connection, operational management and maintenance. A future worth living for future generations is our overarching goal.  

Mission and Vision

Supporting the energy transition towards energy mix to 100% renewable energies. We are convinced that a world where CO2 can become a valuable feedstock is possible and climate change can be mitigated by achieving the Net Zero target through effective collaboration of all stakeholders.  

Technology Independence

Newness remains open to new business areas and technologies and partnerships with renewable energy manufacturers and independent power producers. Furthermore, we are working towards the hybridization of our projects (e.g. combination of hydrogen with CO2 to generate synthetic natural gas). We see great potential in this business area in the future. We are open to all technologies that help to save CO2 for conversion to useful gas products.
